KOBCASH Overview
KobCash mobile banking App is a full comprehensive financial service application solution that is aimed to support bank customers, people that don't have access to a bank, and authorized agent banking for urban and unbanked/ underserved communities, by offering financial services to these customers segment through a local mobile number from any smartphone device. The KobCash Application is fully integrated to provide financial transaction services for pre-authorized Agent Banking, and bank customer.

CORE BANKING INTEGRATION
Consumer complaint management system being developed in the solution has three levels; Consumer to raise and track issues; administrative level to manage, review and monitor support stack work flow; and support staff panel to perform the required actions in the work flow.
REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
Kobcash permits you to adapt business processes to local AML, KYC and CTF requirements.
It offers basic functionalities to support e.g. KYC procedures like document verification or AML related limits. Also, it allows for rapid integration of third-party providers. Its also a PCI-DSS
Complaint supported system.
Multi-Currency
Kobcash can be configured to handle multiple Currency types and fiat currencies within one business transaction and one single wallet. This goes hand in hand with flexible account configuration options, like defining fees and limits (e.g. for AML purposes) or restricting usage based on account type.
